When did you first know you wanted to be a chef?
I always loved being in the kitchen with my family growing up. That's where I learned food can make anything happen.

How would you describe working in your kitchen?
Like having friends and family over for a dinner party, crazy fun!

What's your favorite dish on the current menu at Posto?
Why Pizza of course!

What type of food do you like?
I love anything executed well.

What are your guilty pleasures...(in terms of food of course!)
Take out pu pu platter! Bad movie and the couch.

With all the trends coming and going what do you think will be the next big thing in the food world?
I would have to say global fusion shabu shabu!

The dish on your menu that will follow you wherever you go?
I've never been that attached to any particular dish. I love to constantly improve on previous ideas.

What would your last meal on earth be and where would you have it?
One that I didn't have to cook shared with my family and friends!
