Visit various wine regions from your seat at this high-end bistro situated on historic Beacon Hill, as co-owner and resident wine director Cecilia Rait brings you from region to region and explains the complexities of each selection. Pair your wine trip with a four-course culinary adventure prepared by Executive Chef Jason Bond whose selections will accent each wine selected. The event is great for all levels of wine lovers!

Les Zygomates Sommelier, Geoffrey Fallon, commitment and passion to introducing people to eclectic wines with food is the driving force behind their weekly "Tuesday Night Tastings." Come check out what others have labeled the “best selection” in the area. Fallon will be offer guests four wines paired with four delicious small plates all while guiding the group through the pleasure of food and wine pairing. A cooking demonstration by chef Connal McCullough rounds out the evening.

North End Exposure Part 3: A Progressive Dinner
Enjoy a culinary journey through the North End, experiencing four delicious restaurants, Prezza, Taranta, Tresca and Lucca for one unforgettable evening. The day of the event, each guest will arrive at their starting restaurant and will be provided with a map that will outline the order of restaurants they will visit that evening. They will also receive a menu of what each chef is preparing and will choose one taste from the four options on the North End Exposure menus provided at each restaurant. Each menu will feature a choice of pasta, meat, fish and vegetable dish. Guests will rotate to each restaurant in the order outlined on the map.

From June 6th–July 25th, First Fridays at the Museum of Fine Arts become Every Fridays – and then revert back to the regular once-a-month schedule. "Noodles & Rice" Cooking Class
Cambodians love noodles too – in soups, in salads, in stir-fries and more – both hot and cool. At the Elephant Walk theirs are made primarily with rice flour and they are used in surprising and refreshing (literally) ways. So central to Asian cultures is rice that in many Asian languages (including Mandarin and Khmer) one is not invited, as we are in America, to eat; one is always invited to eat rice! White, brown and black, long-grained, short-grained, and sometimes sticky, rice is best known as an accompaniment to a meal but it can also be a garnish, a main course, and a dessert, and it can be cooked many different ways. - Come learn from someone who LOVES rice and rice noodles, in their many varieties and uses.

RumBa, Boston’s rum and champagne bar at the Intercontinental-Boston, hosts Mojito Mondays. They will be highlighting mojitos and will be featuring a mojito making class , sponsored by Bacardi. Participants will receive a brief history and overview on the mojito drink followed by hands-on instruction on making mojitos. Everyone takes home a mojito making kit complete with a muddler, muddling glass, fresh mint, lime along with some Bacardi goodies. A selection of exotic appetizers will be served throughout the class.
